As a teacher, I find my most effective lessons, come from a combination of needs and realizations I have experienced myself. This guided meditation is what I found I was in need of a few weeks ago, when my anxiety was high. I was longing for grounding - a sense of security so that I could safely pause, emotionally and mentally, to allow for, instead of forcing, understanding.
